The breakfast provided many options. The lobby area contained small shops for snacks and drinks. I found this very convenient for last-minute items. Luggage storage was available after checkout, which I appreciated before heading to the airport.
The hotel operates on a cashless system. Each small purchase with my card resulted in extra bank charges. This became quite costly .

The location near the park charmed me. My children enjoyed the open spaces. bus stop nearby provided direct access to the tulip fields, a colorful memory we cherish. staff also arranged a double bed and birthday decorations. The stroopwafels and drinks voucher at the bar were lovely. everything aligned beautifully for a nice stay.
The bathroom lacked handrails near the shower and caused water to leak easily. the blandness of the room itself did detract from the overall experience. minimal amenities added to this feeling. I hope future improvements address this.

the staff were consistently polite and helpful throughout my stay. martina provided excellent city tips. the team arranged a double bed for my husband's birthday, complete with decorations, stroopwafels, and a drinks voucher.

The staff showed amazing hospitality. I particularly enjoyed the diverse and healthy breakfast options. I appreciated the proximity to the metro and train stations, offering easy connections throughout the area. Tram and bus stops were conveniently near the stations.
I found the sound insulation lacking, hearing noises from adjacent rooms, especially during the night. It made sleeping difficult.

Breakfast was delicious with wide choices.
The air conditioning did not cool the room AT ALL. I told the front desk, and they said they sent someone to look at it. It did not get any better. The bathroom was pretty beat up and the toilet is so close to the wall. i COULDN'T sit on it straight.
